"This real estate agent Sophie is the No.1 real estate agent in the world!!! I am a foreigner and cannnot speak French much. However, she speaks and writes perfect English, so I had no trouble communicating with the owner of the house. She also teached me how to do all kinds of contracts such as electricity, gas, water, garbage disposal, insurance, etc. When I had trouble opening the electricity and gas because I didn't speak French, to my surprise she helped and did it for me!!! She was patient and always courteous to foreigners like me who have no understanding of French language or French real estate customs. I would recommend this real estate agency, especially Sophie, to everyone looking for real estate, not just foreigners. Thank you so much, Sophie!!!"
