Agence Immobilière Ferney Voltaire - Citya I2C

"Please refrain from engaging with this agency if you are a foreigner. We had a nice relationship with the agency until we gave the notice that we were leaving. Even though the house was in very good conditions, the agent charged us €700 for cleaning expenses and asked for additional €200 for an “inflation” rate. We tried to discuss this with them l but the agent in charge of our case was hostile and didn’t want to talk to us. They take advantage that international people come and leave the country so challenging the outcome from outside France is harder. Not recommended"

"I came to know the agency as a tenant and happened to buy a property through this same agency. Of all experiences I had when renting in the department 1 of France, I2C was the most professional and committed. We were introduced to Mr Matesa who was our real state agent and we recommend him to anyone that needs a responsible, efficient and trustworthy professional. I have absolutely never seen so much efficiency and availability in the area. Despite busy or on holidays he was always responsive and proactive throughout our purchasing process."

"IC2 has been extremely helpful in our housing search. The agents have been flexible with our requirements and shown very nice apartments for us to chose from within our specifications. They have accommodated any request we have had even after signing the rental contract and moving in. They are quick, responsive and helpful - this professionalism has been very refreshing. Highly recommend their agency for your housing search and an agency during your rental contract!"

"A top real estate agent around lake Geneva area. Specialists of new developments. I had some dealings with Mr Baptiste Matesa who had served up till the end. They have great after sell service, well rounded locals, and serves you till the end. Highly recommended in your future real dealings if any."

"I had only good experiences with I2C and the services offered me by Baptiste. On both sides as a buyer or seller, Baptiste has been always very helpful and always available. Very reasonable commissions among the lowest in the area."
