Installation took 2 days but I didn't need to be home!! That was huge as I was in the middle of moving. Tracey runs the office & is so friendly, honest & helpful. When the technician came to set me up inside, he was very professional. He was friendly & very knowledgeable. It was a very quick process. The equipment was new to me. No more modem & router taking up space & cluttering the room. It's an attractive, modern round white piece. When I turned on a show I literally said WOW out loud! The picture quality was amazing."
